Hi, I'm Robin Fokke
Personal Trainer |

From a young age, I have been passionate about sports, especially baseball and football. I trained in the youth academy of AFC Ajax and played two years in the first division before an ankle injury led me back to amateur football.

After working 15 years as a corporate lawyer, a burnout became a turning point. It helped me realize that my true passion lies in fitness, nutrition, and healthy living. I am now a certified personal trainer and nutrition advisor, and I volunteer at Only Friends.
